Dr. David M. Berry (founder) believed in giving back to the community in whatever way would benefit the individuals involved. The members of New Age Truth of Missouri continue to embrace this legacy. Since the 1990’s, New Age Truth of Missouri established the Dr. David M. Berry Scholarship as a means of following his example of “giving back to the community”. Each year, New Age Truth of Missouri awards scholarships to qualified and deserving high school seniors in the St. Louis Metropolitan Bi-state area who demonstrate the following qualities:
•Exemplary Life
•Outstanding Academic Achievement
•Community Service and Volunteer Activities
•Involvement in Extra Curricular Activities
•Constructive Role Model to their Peers
Each year, the Board of Directors approves one-time monetary scholarships ranging from $300 to $1000 to the selected senior(s) screened and recommended as finalist(s) by the members of the DMB Scholarship Committee.
THE 2021 $1000 DMB Scholarship Award was presented to Miss Katelyn Ann Haas (Belleville West High School) at her home on July 31st. Congratulations to this outstanding student!
Because of generous donations received in support of our scholarship awards and youth programming, this year, we were pleased to present the $500.00 DMB Scholarship Award to Miss Kennedy Grimmett (Rosati-Kain High School), another outstanding and deserving student. Presentation was done at her home on July 23rd. Congratulations Kennedy!
